3. Elections for members of the Committee - members standing for re-election comprise: Andrew Coleman, Jane Fosythe, Shaun Harper, Katherine Loynes, Ronan McCarthy, Howard Roffey (alternate Beryl Hickox), David Vinograd, Gill Willson.

5. Any other business - a chance to discuss local issues and priorities.
